Affirming Change

Here are some tips for affirming change:

  • Visualize your self achieving what you want.
  • Believe in yourself.
  • Accept and love yourself.
  • Write your affirmations down.
  • See your self relaxed and confident.
  • Notice and compliment your new positive behavior.

“Doing” your affirmations at first may seem difficult. As with anything being in the “right” frame of mind can help you master the process.

Ask for it, believe it, affirm it and act as if it has happened. Using affirmations is truly an amazing tool for change.
