You may be dropping the ball on your personal priorities which is leaving you feeling unsettled, stuck and dissatisfied.
Here are some tips to help you re-prioritize:
- Make a list of everthing you have to do including personal goals.
- Take a deep breath and close your eyes keeping your list in mind.
- Ask yourself what absolutely must get done today to meet your inner most needs.
- Transfer those two to four items to your list for today.
- Keep the other items on your newly created master task list for later.
Know that paying attention to your own health, spiritual well-being and relationships will help you live a happier life. Until you put your needs at the top of your list you won’t find true happiness. So give yourself permission to be on the top of your priority list. Do what is best for you.
