Whenever I teach about goal setting and action planning I usually start by having the person write down their accomplishments. It sets the tone for success.
In a recent post on one of my favorite websites, www.dailyom.com, there was a self-esteem exercise that I thought was of value and wanted to share it with you.
Many times it is easier to point out what is “wrong” with us than all that is “right” with us. By acknowledging what things you like about yourself you can become your best champion on your journey. So why not give it a try…continue this journey with a positive step.
