So I have completed my second week of training for my 5k RUN. Yes, run. Not walk. The training schedule has you start slow and I am now up to a 5 minute walk, 5 minute run and 5 minute walk.
My attitude has changed already through this process. And my experience over the last few weeks has really reinforced what I have learn and said in the past…in classes, seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions and with family and friends… attitude is everything. I have gone from thinking that running for me was impossible to I’m possible as a runner. When you change your framework the picture changes too.
My life coach, Janet, recently posted about creating a “12 for 12”. These are goals for 12 months in the area of mind, body, spirit and home (three in each area). With my new framework, I am inspired to create my own “12 for 12”. Will you join me?
