In my previous post, I suggested that we if start to think of our glass as refillable and by doing so that could change our attitude about life and the things we intent to do.
Yet how do you refill the glass? Here are a few suggestions:
• Choose to be happy.
• Be present. Practice mindfulness.
• Practice self-care.
• Walk in nature.
• Engage is gentle movement.
• Nourish your body with healthy foods.
