Two weeks ago, I put out a challenge to add the practice of three good things to your day.
I also did this practice for those 10 days. A few observations from my daily practice include:
- Being positive impacts those around you
- I feel less stress
- It changed my initial reaction/emotion to situations
- I smile more
- I see more positives in my life (vs negative)
My hope is that you experienced some similar things. And my goal is to work on including this practice regularly in my life.
