Often when I am searching for answers inspiration comes in to my life in the form of a person, event or reading. The website www.dailyom.com again provided that inspiration for moving forwarding and getting unstuck.
I have come to a conclusion that sometimes when we feel stuck we may actually be fearful of what moving forward will bring us. This posting from Daily Om reminded me that if we just work through the uncomfortable we get to the light: http://www.dailyom.com/articles/2009/19966.html

An affirmation is positive self-talk.
Repeating your positive affirmations throughout the day can help you achieve success . Here are some things you can do to incorporate the use of affirmations into your day:
- Recite affirmations throughout the day. Set an alarm on your watch or calendar device to help you remember in the beginning.
- Write down one or two of your affirmations 10 times daily. Schedule a regular time on your calendar.
- Recite your affirmations in the shower, car or any other place where you have some alone time.
- It may be easier to start if you focus on one or two affirmations at a time.
- If you catch yourself in negative self-talk affirm the positive opposite immediately.
You can incorporate affirmations into your daily life. You can do it. You’ll want to do it because constant repetition brings results.
