Walking the Labyrinth Path

I had the opportunity a couple of weeks ago to attend an event where I walked a labyrinth path. It was an outdoor event on a beautiful summer evening with a slight breeze. I was in the good company of a friend and others who were like-minded.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up for the program, but I just knew that I had to experience it. I found out labyrinths are used to celebrate rites of passage, for contemplation/meditation, to enhance prayer or encourage personal growth. I learned that there is no right way or wrong way to walk the path…much like life. Read more
